Traffic Switch Scheduled Today Along Mountain Parkway

Watch for delays in Wolfe County

A traffic lane switch on the Mountain Parkway will be in effect beginning today, April 19, to accommodate construction work to widen the Mountain Parkway in Wolfe County, just east of Campton.

The traffic switch is near Exit 46, at the KY 191 interchange.

Mountain Parkway traffic lanes will shift for a short stretch to allow for ramp construction and fill work for the bridge. Motorists might encounter temporary delays and should watch for flaggers.

A message board will be added at the location to alert drivers.

Motorists are encouraged to slow down and drive with awareness in all work zones.

Work schedules may be adjusted due to weather or other unforeseen events.
