This segment of the Parkway runs from just west of Exit 57 (Lee City/West Liberty) near Helechawa, to just west of the Cutino-Hager Road overpass (mile point 65). It covers 8.2 miles of existing parkway, from mile points 56.8 – 65.

Work began on this segment of the Parkway in January 2017 and was finished in September 2021, making it the third section of the Mountain Parkway Expansion project to be completed.
