Traffic Alert: Exit 46 at Campton in Wolfe County to Temporarily Close

Exit 46 at Campton on the Mountain Parkway will be temporarily closed Monday, Aug. 7 until Saturday, Aug. 12, 2023. 

The exit will be closed so that crews can replace the ramp at that location. 

Motorists traveling westbound needing to access Exit 46 should continue traveling past the exit and take Exit 42 at Quillins Chapel Road to turn around. Motorists will then need to travel eastbound back to Exit 43 at Campton.

Work schedules may be adjusted due to weather or other unforeseen events.

Drivers should use caution when traveling through active work zones. Signage is in place to alert drivers of active construction zones and closures.
